My only regret is that i waited for 10 yrs to buy it. Just as advertised easy to install works perfectly.

All the parts are plastic and the fixture is not wrenchable. The plastic is very cheap, and not pliable. Steel has been replaced by stinky plastic.

Easy to install, great water pressure, love the hand held option, great for your back and neck.

The problem is that the hose is plasticy or rubbery and not malleable at all.

We've had it over a year and had zero problems.

Price

For the price, this is an all around great purchase.

For the money, this one is really good.

But, it didn't quite match the pressure strength of the delta in2ition shower heads but those were $100+.

I received it 2 days after ordering.

Competitiveness

Our other shower has a much more expensive moen head, and this waterpik has way better pressure!

I bought two other knock offs, nothing like a waterpik.
