Pros & Cons
Pros
High ratings along with the wand that specializes in power rinsing hair in comb-like way is everything it promises to be. The wand is great for dogs and young children when rinsed out shampoo.
With the restrictors out it does very well. Multiple pressure and pattern settings for both nozzle and wand.
The wand has three settings, comfortable, sting-y, and flesh peeling. The wand at the highest setting feels great on your scalp. Both wand and shower head are operable at the same time.
I normally have horrible water pressure in my apt. And a small 30 gal water heater that really limits my hot showers.
The head is plastic housed in a chrome paint coated case. The chromed finish is very nicely put on. I figure the plastic is something i can live with since modern manufacturing seems to have built in obsolescence anyway.
Cons
Returned it immediately and listened to my plumber to pay up and buy delta. The handheld sprayer's hose holds a strange mildew and hard plastic odor.

Price
At the current sale price, it is a good value.
For this price, if it lasts 3 years i'd be thrilled
Packaging/appearance
I do wish it came in a brushed finish to match the other finishes in my bathroom, but it still looks lovely.
Competitiveness
This set was almost everything i expected when compared to other similar shower heads of the same brand with minor nuanced differences.
