The top is a quilted terry cloth material with elastic all around to ensure a snug fit. The fabric feels soft and is gentle on my baby's sensitive skin. It's cozy and inviting. Purchased for our mika micky bassinet.

The material seems nice but not waterproof, more like a towel to catch any liquids and make easier clean up. It's genuinely waterproof. Spills and other accidents stay on the surface, ensuring the mattress remains pristine. Durability is top-notch.

I am three days after the return window, so i guess i need to find a friend who can use them, or donate them. Will be returning. Just had to throw them in the trash.

Bassinet mattress is thin, floppy piece of foam. Too short length wise, causing the mattress to curl up. Too long horizontal, which causes excess bunching and fabric.

It's a mattress protector, there's no extra padding at all. Maybe mine are defective, but if you need more mattress protectors i’d avoid these and buy directly from happiest baby.
