This inexpensive fan is a great way to go and can be used to help cool many items, laptops, pcs, game consoles etc.
It's a little more expensive than i think it should be and a little on the noisy side imop but i really enjoy this fan.
No way could an 80mm fan with a dc adapter be worth as much as their asking.

It does move alot of air, and compare to other 3000 rpm fans.
It is a rather unknown brand, so i can't tell how long it'll last compared to a name brand, but from first impressions it should be okay.

The plug in ones are definitely louder but with adjustable voltage and airflow theyre worth a bit of sound for a lot more cooling

And with the cannon plug connecting to the dc side of the adapter you could actually drive this off of a stepup adapter from usb if you really needed to

Depending on what and where im soldering i can position this fan to either suck or blow the fumes away according to what works best for the situation

When in its lower settings it is fairly quiet but as you turn it up above halfway or so it can start to get a little loud for its size
