I did not pay attention to the details and had to spend additional to get the waveshare epaper driver hat pcb to get this display working

The example code is not polished but it is also not very complicated if you want to rewrite the library for your own application

I was not able to test the partial refresh feature as i needed to dig further into the example code to find its implementation
