The raspberry pi camera's ribbon is a bit reversed when you connect it to the jetson nano. I know this is kind of a circumstantial advantage but still i love it.

Im sure its a great camera but it didnt work for our application

The tape isnt that strong and you could break your wide angle lens off very easily plus you basically flushed 20 down the toilet

Now i dont have to worry about the lens being misaligned on my robot

Also the raspberry pi cameras ribbon is a bit reversed when you connect it to the jetson nano but this waveshare version is not reversed so my wiring looks neater and my code doesnt have to rotate the image
