Wish they had included female-male standoffs instead (or in addition) to allow mounting the pi with the hat to a plate.
Packaging/appearance
The support of all 40 pins of the gpio header is very useful.
My only issue was that poe didn’t work out of the box .
Competitiveness
The fan is pretty quiet at low speeds but does make a god aweful noise at full speed.
My temperature is sitting at 38-40 c now instead of climbing into the 70s.

However when i turned my pi back on the fan would spin quick and then stop and it would not kick back on even though the internal temperature was 70 c

Fan is a bit noisy and the python script they supply to control it and run the display is very basic

There is only a temp threshold that determines if the fan is on or off so it ends up being a cycle of constant on for 5 seconds and off again

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re just starting out with linux unless they improvedupdated the docs
