This works pretty well, it was easy to install, and allowed me to power my raspberry pi 5 by simply plugging in a poe ethernet cable.

My lcd flickers badly without grounding presumably due to noise coming from ground-isolated nature of poe.

    If you have sensitive analog devices connected to your rpi shielded rj45 patch cables or some other form of grounding would be needed

    Install is easy but it won’t fit in a typical case and i still get occasional under voltage warnings despite having the right kind of poe
