Quality
The ethernet works, it delivers power and the fan is very quiet!
Fan does an excellent job cooling the pi and being able to manage the fan based on temperature is nice.
Only real problem is that the fan is of bad quality and one of two of these units it keeps stalling/making an annoying noise.

Price
Bought a 4 pack of fans on amazon for 7 bucks to address the fan.
While this product is good and performs well, it is a too pricy for me to use in any larger scale deployments.

This is not silent but its also not obnoxious like the little bee buzzing fans in the older pi poe hats

I was able to file down the 2 screw holes to get this to fit inside my flirc passivly cooled case which would not have worked with the official hat
