I like the swivel cord and how it heats up fast but sometimes snags my hair. It get hot on moments and cools down quickly.

It heats up fast and did a good job straightening a few fly sways but i'm afraid to use it for more than that. I'm not sure of mine was just flawed or if it is the design itself. Purchased february 2023 and stopped working april 2023 for no reason.
