Cons
This is a result of a faulty drive that turn itself to a raw format. Went thru the help stuff to no avail. Lets assume 90% of the on time will be idle and it used 0 energy at 19,000 hours thats 68 kwh saved, or about $17 at 25 cents a kwh over the 3.
Wd drive is noisy when mounted on a mac. It emits a constant wub-wub- wub low frequency sound that is amplified by my desk.
It is completely unreliable and just garbage. Don't waste your money on more western digital garbage with sketchy support. This is not ai people! A day later is isnt there.
