My only complaint has to do with the back-up software that comes with the drive.
Works really great, very happy with it.
As with the others, it works well.
Price
Should have waited for better price, but works great.
Packaging/appearance
This external drive matched my previous experience with wd drives - easy to set up and use right out of the box.
Competitiveness
And with 2tb of space it gives me a lot of playing room.
Use a usb3 hub or plug both hds directly to your computer usb ports.
I'm not sure if it's a result of being a 2tb hd, but i was surprised when i opened the box.

Had problems with raw files which corrupted drive and took me days to get it back working

Consequently i had to erase the entire drive to add any content

Unfortunately an erase option was not included in the hd so i had to visit the wd support site and download the software
