I had this data on another drive which was formatted atfs fatplus to work with both my win 10 pc and my mac gear but dropbox quit supporting that format which i think is pretty dumb on their part so i had to get a dedicated ntfs for win 10

I bought a carrying case for it which is probably too small for all the crap id like to take along but the unit is so cool looks cool and the case i selected is cool too just to small for me

Out of the box it worked perfect and a day or two later it started giving this clicky sound anytime i was transferring files to or from the drive

In addition transfers where extremely slow and would sometimes need to be stopped altogether

Recommend formatting exfat if you want to also accessuse via mac os and windows at the same time

Western digital is the cadillac of hard drive for my money
