Pros
Bought this, plugged it into xbox and works perfectly. Never had any issues with it. I like the security feature on it and keep it password protected.
Cons
Short lifespan of the hard drive is deeply concerning. Micro b connector has no use by such a big company other then a way to force planned obsolescence. Get something better like a seagate drive.
I am very dissatisfied with this product. It was always stored at room temp, never dropped, never near any kind of liquid etc. Transfer speed normally is 100mb, but this will suddenly drop to 0-1mb and won't recover. Don't take the chance with your im... Read More
I have to connect and reconnect my passport countless of times before it will load. Unable to troubleshoot and now have lost a lot of pictures. Had to spend $100 on recovery software to retrieve my files.
All in all regret buying. This is the first time and the last time i will order wd or even promote that brand. Don't waste your money on this product.
This is beyond sad. Skip this. Absolutly not. Not this one.
