Pros

It fits perfectly. Perfect, ours was worn out. I am not sure how long this will last -- but grateful to find a replacement.

Came quickly. As advertised. Prompt delivery. I like the pictured one ( which is what i have ) because it can be divided into parts.

Cons

Most of our teaspoons and cake forks, as well as some other cutlery, fall straight through. This is clearly the 24469 model which is smaller and does not fit.
