Height makes them nice & cushy. The tiles are soft to wak on when not wearing shoes. We wear socks/slippers indoors.

These things are life savers for concrete floors in my loft apartment! My basement floor is concrete, and i wanted something a little more forgiving under his feet. Only drawback is that they expand and contract with temperature changes.

Supposed to be sky blue, not tri-blue lol looks like a frankenstein of colors. The front of mat is thin in the hole area after one use they will rip. Product tiles are not the same color.

It literally comes apart with any workout that requires movement. Would not recommend to anyone. Not recommended to use to work out on.
