Pros

Very durable and well worth the money. Even with metal shoes not a tear or scrape. Fantasitc build quality and appearance too.

Great quality mat. Would also make a good exercise mat for crunches. Great for myself to stretch and do yoga!

Just the right amount of padding. Not slippery at all, not a cheap vinyl. The density and cushioning is perfect.

Granddaughter does 1000 cartwheels in the first three days at my house. My grandkid is a budding gymnist. My daughters loves having alot of room for both of them to practice on.

Cons

This mat is very hard. It isn't cushy at all. They say it hurts when they do forward rolls on it.
