Pros

Soft enough to feel comfy to lay on, but solid enough that they actually enjoy it (they don't like plush)!

Easy to assemble, thick enough, good on the knees/shins. Easier to sweep than vacuum a carpet. It's also much easier to clean than a tarp.

Cons

The tiles are 1/4 (2/8), meaning that they are a full 30% thinner than advertised. These are cheap and very thin- they mark easy. They feel kind of cheap and they do not stay together while i workout.
