They easily lock in and stay put even with a rabbit enclosure fence right on them

Each mat is quite large so you could make an entire torso piece without having to piece anything together which is what we did for the backs of the vests

Beginners tip if you are heating these to create bendsshapes make sure to heat the entire surface even the parts you dont form and shape

Downside is if you need to return lost 30 of product cost due to return shipping and restocking fee

Nice and soft my only complaint would be that the edges might need to be glued or taped on as sometimes they slide off if i’m doing burpees or planks and my feet are too close to the edge
