Pros

With 2‘ x 2’ mats are great for kneeling or laying down. It's soft enough for them to feel comfy to lay on and not hurt their feet, but also solid enough that they actually enjoy it (they don't like plush)!

Easier to sweep than vacuum a carpet. Much easier to clean than a tarp.

Cons

The tiles are 1/4 inch thin, they are a full 1/8 thinner than advertised. Thinner than expected and not much give and rebound. They feel kind of cheap and they do not stay together while i workout.

This product is misleading and mislabeled.
