Pros

These hold my workout bench sturdy without swaying or being uneven. They clean easy, have zero rips or tears. Perfect for exercises like planks, push ups, situps and things of that sort.

Each mat is an identical square with jigsaw-puzzle type edges which interlock. They fit together well when lined up edge to edge in precise, regular squares and rectangles.

Cons

This product is misleading and mislabeled.

There are some spots that are scratched from moving toys so the foam looks pitted. It looks like a bad checkerboard when all put together.
