Cons

This product is misleading and mislabeled. Just tried to lay mats yesterday and gave up in frustration. It's a bit of a safety hazard with the mats moving a part.

The actual tiles are 1/4 inch thin, they are a full 1/8 thinner than advertised. They feel cheap and offer little real padding. It's pretty annoying because we definitely overpaid for these.
