All you have to do is unhook each individual link as if you were undoing your watch until you get the righ fit

Unfortunately taking out three links leaves the watch loose on my wrist but taking out four links makes me unable to close it

Although i can still use the watch with three links taken out it no longer tracks my heartbeat and i constantly have to adjust the bracelet as it rolls on my wrist
