The packaging is fine but shocked by how dirty the item was when opened. The bag is also quite small for a 20l, which is around the same dimension as my thule 14l.

My mac book pro fits snuggly as well as my notepad, binder, book, glasses, and water bottle without all the bulkiness of my old ogio.

A couple of zippered areas and great straps.

I do like the “lock” feature built into the zipper that allows you to hook it into the loop when its closed.
