It keeps the grill dry from the rain and hasn't faded at all from the sun. Overall, it's a very good product for protecting the pit.
Cover is weber branded. Each end (left and right side when looking at the grill) has two velcro straps to ensure a tight fit. Fits smokefire ex6 very well. Made to fit my *.

However the design of how the velcro is attached and overlaps is a bit odd as there is quite a bit of unnecessary play

Im thinking its to allow flexibility if you have added accessories but for the stock grill it seems unnecessary
