That was on account of me being a dumb s t and putting the burner controls on the low setting

With all 3 burners on low it was at 425 so if you want lower temps than that youll need to turn off a burner or two

Took another 5 minutes to get to 600 then maybe another 5 to get to 610

And there it stayed for another 5 minutes for 20 minutes total which is what the directions said
