Pros

Everything is sturdy and solid and the controls are smooth. My only complaint is that two of the three screw holes that allow the knob plate to be attached to the main section of the grill were too small.

You get good life (even with regular use) from your keg of propane. The ignition is trivial, the burners have a good range.

It's not the cheapest grill, but you'll feel the quality from the first sausage. I wish they used larger round holes which would clog less frequently and be easier to clean.

Bought this upon the recommendation of wirecutter. It's always a joy every time.

Cons

Weber has no support outside of a computer 'bot' at least american express has support so i can return this for a refund. Weber phone support says to submit a warranty claim over the website.

Spent 3/4 hour on the phone explaining the defect and forwarding pictures of the failed part.

Price

It's the perfect grill for the price point.

This is my second weber grill and they are a great grill for the price.

I guess that the old adage is true that “you get what you pay for”.

Not a real big deal , but prob a hour and half.

Shipping

Excellent customer support and i received them within a few days via ups.

We were happy to have the grill arrive a day earlier than expected.

The delivery guys were here less then an hour.

Thankfully amazon shipped it in a box truck with two employees to carry it.

Packaging/appearance

Wow, everything was first class from the packaging to the quality of material and the app for assembly instructions.

All the parts were packed very well, there was a small dent in one of the legs but it didn’t cause any problems with the assembly.

The box is 31" x 29" x21" (l x w x h).

Competitiveness

Highly recommended, weber grills last forever compared to other cheaper brands.

I like the sprit ii grill more than any that i have every owned.

I've had weber grills in the past and bought a different brand when i moved but it didn't perform as well.
