Pros

Weber is our chosen, best bbq for quality of cooking and ease of use. Nothing lasts forever and it served wonderfully for years. Was tired of replacing a grill every 3-4 years.

The base should have been changed before packaging but little bending and hardly noticeable so not a deal breaker. Takes a bit of assembly time, but the manual is well detailed. Lastly, i wish it had more than 2 tool hangers.

The warranty is the best. The finished product looks good and has performed well. It is very sturdy.

Price is higher than most off brands. Like char king for example that a nice man recommended at my local hardware store. Great accessories are available!

Cons

Very disappointed customer. Multiple damages to unit (see photos) disappointing service from a brand with a supposedly good reputation. Would not recommend for that reason. But clearly this item is not new.

As soon as hood is lifted theheat disappears in 5 minutes. I regret buying this grille in stainless steel.

Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s worth every penny.

Cheaper than what the big box stores could offer and assembly was included.

$800 for 3 burner and nothing else.

My son contacted weber and they replaced 4 damaged pieces at no cost.

Shipped within to the house in 2 days.

I got the grill delivered + set up, and i was provided a pamphlet by my amazon installers to leave a review.

Packaging/appearance

It was extremely well packed and protected.

I really liked the care that was taken to package very effectively all the parts, it was quite amazing.

The bolts, nuts, washers and screws were packaged for each step.

The box it came in was not damaged but parts inside had been bent.
