Although it didn't seem easy to assembly, the quality and effectiveness is the high note.

It appears to me that the damage was done during the manufacturing process and not the shipping.

The weber has an aluminum cook box where the char-broil does not.

I put off the replacement because i expected to find the insides in bad shape and i would end up replacing the whole thing

The only complaint i have as of today is that despite the packing and the exterior box showing no signs of damage there is a dent in the top of the door

Originally bought a charbroil performance 2burner stanless grill that ended up being the worst grill ive ever cooked on and to add insult to injury was nonreturnable
