Pros

This is my second weber grill after years of buying cheap difficult to assemble, off-name junk that would rust and literally fall apart every 2 years. Would highly recommend as it is well made and with the stand is very portable.

The q2000 has enough room to cook around 8 kc strip steaks or about 12 filet steaks. It has room for at leas 6 burgers. Fits 6 full size chicken breasts.

Cons

It's beyond me how any grill can be designed to have combustible plastic tables stored inside. Side tables are pointless on a portable grill and completely frustrating.

The grate has a built-in system for protecting the burners below the grate but it doesn't work. It's burnt on one side and rubbery on the other side. Gas vents on the burner are located on the top so they get clogged easily from the drippings.

The grill isn't hot enough to grill. It heats up too slowly. Because it heats up slowly you have to wait a long time to burn off the remnants of your previous grilling session. Have too light the grill with a match. The grill is very susceptible to wi... Read More

Thought the overall quality was pretty poor for a weber but still works good

Replaced the same model; quality is still there.

Price

This one is the best and great price.

Packaging/appearance

Had an issue with a broken leg out of the box, but weber replaced within days.

Competitiveness

Read where weber has a 5-year warranty on plastic.

The cheap grill had hot spots and would not maintain a set tempature.

Love the grill but it did not come with a tempature gage like pictured
