Pros

Took 10mins to remove old, clean out burnt build-up, and install new. No issues installing, very easy replacement for my genisys 300 with front controls. Was able to install new burners without all that hassle.

This 8 year old grill is once again new! Nice even heat on my genesis with no obvious cold or hot spots. Made old weber genesis 3 work like new. Correct part to refurbish my grill. Grilling is like using a new weber.
