I had 2 screws that were inconsistent with what the instructions showed hex vs philips heads but fit anyway and 2 flat washers left over even though going through the instructions several times to assure one was placed everywhere one was shown

The rest of my temperature testing passed and was more or less consistent with the highmedlow temperatures stated in the manual
