I assumed these were knock offs because there were no weber markings and they were thinner than my original parts.

Price

Fit perfectly & half the price of big box retailers, so i had to wait a week.

The bad: price was about $10 above what weber told me if i bought directly from them, but at least they were in stock.

They are a good value for your money and work well.

Shipping

Part was in stock and delivered quickly.

They also arrived in 3 days, much quicker than listed on the website.

The customer service of the seller answered quickly, recommending try to separate the one delivery into two pieces, which finally worked.

The company responded very quickly when i asked about it and explained they are stuck together.

Upon receiving the parts, the envelope and packaging didn’t not have any weber markings or on the actual parts.

They didn't arrive in weber packaging but fit the grill nicely and work way better than our worn out heat deflectors.
