Pros
Great for breakfast foods and awesome grilled cheese. On the grill, no indoor mess at all. It keeps the smell and grease outside!
This drops into one half of the weber, giving us a griddle and a grill all in one. This extends the uses of my grill - plus, come on!
Cons
It is nearly impossible to cook anything we might normally cook on a griddle. It is difficult to take out after cooking. Everything i is cooked on this girdle is had to be scraped off with a scraper. Not so great for pancakes and eggs over easy.

Scrape, squirt with water and clean with a wadded paper towel, then oil and wipe while hot.

Spend the $65 and order it now !
My only complaint is that it over priced.
Was able to purchase at a discount, but i'm not sure i would pay full price for this item.

I measured the final temperature of all 4 burgers and they were all the same

I wish it could withstand the grill brush if you use that youll ruin the finish and make everything stick to it

You have to bring it in and clean it each time with nylon and regular dish soap
