Pros

Each burner has a dedicated igniter which is nice - you press the button, and all fire at once. Since it has stainless steel grates a simple brush * and it is clean. This bbq is up and running now and we really like it.

Works great. I wish they offered infrared sear station.

Cons

Main burners all work but the side burner will not light from the ignitor. Majority of it is not stainless. Grease all over the place, the grease pan askew.

Weber is supposed to be quality but apparently not. For starters, the nice operating manual//recipe book has been replaced by a few photocopy sheets. Everything else is garbage" "this is an aberration.

Have troubleshot the issue on line to exhaustion, and sought advice from brick and mortar. Amazon wants us to disassemble the massive, multi-part unit before shipping back. Ten days later i was never contacted.
