Pros

This is exactly what i needed and i am happy with the purchase. Worked exactly as planned, and much cheaper than the local hdwe.

Cons

The basket is not 8, it's 7. Maybe it's 8 if you flatten it out to sheet metal, but that's cheating. After the first time grilling with it became extremely discolored.

Great for minimizing vegi loss to the coals, and easy to stir them around and still get that wonderful grilled flavor.

Well made and appears to be durable.

It is shiny metal when you first get it but after about one use, it is pretty stained.

After one or two uses, it tarnishes and i didn't find a way to make it silver again.

Competitiveness

We also found this basket helpful when grilling hot dogs with company who didn't like black/char on their hot dogs.
