Pros
The grill grate is well constructed, decently heavy gauge steel and should last a while. It's still a little pricey imho, but you do have to pay for the heavier construction and weber quality.
Cons
This is a flimsy 25 crossbar substitute that has such thin steel it actually flexes. The bars are thinner (0. It's cheap and flimsy compared to an original grate.
The label on the grate is copyright 2012, so i suspect weber changed specifications that year.

It fit perfectly and was good quality
The grill is sturdy and easy to clean.
This one, the side don't even fold up to add coals.
Never covered, used 3-4 times a week, and i have to say weber for the win.
Price
Alot cheaper than the heavier gauge which allows easy addition of briquettes.
But, grill grates in general seem unduly expensive.
