Pros

This grate is in two pieces which is nice since it's much easier to carry and clean in the kitchen sink. This porcelain coated grate is what weber should have incorporated into its standard design. I like the ceramic coating makes it easier to clean.

Clips as discussed by others have been redesigned and work great. The brackets fit on the front and back using the wider slot. Fit perfectly, the install instructions are clear and to the point.

New grill that now comes in two pieces fits perfectly. It's pain-free and basically idiot proof. Fits our older style grill perfectly.

Couldn't live without our weber grille. Makes my grill look like new and cooks better. I find myself enjoying grilling again!

Cons

Better than the grate that came with the q grill.

Sorry about that i missed the supports that came with the grate for the q200 , with the supports in place it's steady as rock.

It came with the clips to balance the grill plate in the middle.
