Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a little overpriced, but you are paying the weber brand price. Bought it for a 15+ year old weber grille. Works better than the beer can thing that i did for years. This unit fits a 15-year old weber genesis silver b.
Beef roast and then a beef tenderloin. Perfect temp of medium rare on both attempts.
Cons
The bracket holding the motor is flimsy and weak. It flexes and the skewer works its way out and disengages from the motor. Couldn't roast a large chicken (under 10lbs) with some vegetables and potatoes in the drip pan.
Highlights
Quality
It is terrific, strong motor, easy to use.
I have only used this rotisserie once, but it seems to be sturdy and of good quality.
Two screws to install and your prime rib is rolling.
Made my first rotisserie chicken with injected juices, was delicous!
Price
As much as this accessory costs, a longer cord would not decrease the profit by much and would make it easier to use.
This is a little overpriced, but you are paying the weber brand price.
Shipping
Received the item on time and in good condition.
Competitiveness
Went back to weber brand and worked as expected.
