Pros
Grill performs flawlessly. One soon forgets the frustration of the assembly.
Cons
The grill is heavy duty and it works just fine but there are a couple things that i'm very unhappy with. I have no idea how much fuel is in my tank because to hang the tank and take it off isn't the easiest thing in the world to do.

Apart from the assembly, the grill is so well made and so efficient, that one soon forgets the frustration of the assembly.
Price
Accessories a little pricy but can't beat the quality and build.
Shipping
They did a great job and i tipped both delivery drivers.

It came in an enormous box and weighed 162 lbs.
But it is packaged impeccably and all the bits and pieces are labeled very clearly.
Competitiveness
The weber grill works so much better than my 18 year old amana grill.
Very easy to start/turn on compare to others that uses charcoal instead.

No i don’t work for weber and i’ve always been to cheap to buy this grill after using their charcoal grills i decided to bite the bullet glad we did

The grill is terrific and actually goes together very well if you use the 34bilt34 app that is suggested but it takes 2 people and some strength
