Pros
Cable around the plastic holder makes storage simple and neat. Easy to use on the grill and with the weber app on my phone. Love the quality of these and didn't want to trust the knock off brands.
The defective parts were replaced at no charge. Received tracking number for replacement probe. Works perfect. I bout this as a 3rd to see if it works.
Cons
Weber low quality temp probes are over-priced. The plastic piece does not properly insulate you from the heat that builds up in the cable while using the probe.
The probes are completely worthless. The monitor is fine but the probes are *!
These meat probes barely last 4 or 5 grilling sessions before they malfunction. One of the reasons i purchased the girl that i did is that it was marketed as a smart grille. You have to be within about 15 feet for the app to work.
It's completely out of whack. Super lame. Only 1 meat probe is correct.

Works great, easy to clean the probe, flexible wire.
We bought this for our new weber grill and the temperature was very accurate so far after about 5 uses.
The same piece of this has broken on each probe.
I am using the third probe since i have the thermometer, and the probe winds onto a plastic form for storage.
Shipping
Haven't done many warranty replacements but this was very straightforward and quick once you receive a response from the initial email.

There are some times you can buy an off-brand and they work just as well, sometimes better than, the original.

It says to not submerge when cleaning so i just use a wet paper towel and it cleans off pretty easily

I bought a weber igrill for grilling steaks and such meats and it only comes with 2 probes and it has 4 inputs for probes 1 for the grill grate with pinch holder for exact temperature and 1 for other meats and if you have other people who want their meat either cook more or less than others then you need to order at least 1 or 2 more probes
