Over all, i was really pleased with the ribs.
Great smoker, very impressed with the food i have been able to make.
Arrived late due to the weight of the product.

Temp was about 2c and pour cold coals in the smoker.
On this run i used the weber applewood chunks.
Competitiveness
I bought this one as an extra for my competition circuit and won't be changing anytime soon as per my awards that i have won.
Com (it's the top rated review - can't miss it) where the guy is basically a competitor and runs a school on smoking.

That being said there are two upgrades which should be considered right away a new thermometer and door gasket

It didnt stop indicating completely but displayed temperatures lower than what they actually were which might be worse than not working at all

There arent wide gaps between the door and body of the smoker straight from the factory but it sure isnt a tight fit either

It automatically delays delivery by one day even though i have prime guarantee of twoday delivery that was not the case
