Pros

Pecan wood is my go-to for pork, followed by apple and cherry. Applewood is one of my favorites for smoking. Good flavor on chicken and beef ribs.

These apple chips are a great size and we use them with pork chops and ribs. This is our favorite go to for everything that we smoke in our smokin' tex electric *.

Would recommend. Price on amazon is better than what i find in the big box stores. Cheaper than the super market.
