Pros

It cooks awesomely. The sear zone of this thing is incredible. Infrared rotisserie is great for roasts.

I am a true believer you get what you pay for and weber has delivered for many years. Amazon's shipping service through prime delivered ahead of schedule and communicated the delivery well.

It comes 95% assembled. It is easy to assemble if you are a little handy. Ample storage behind two doors but would be nice to have a set of drawers for smaller knick-knacks, knives, etc.

Very heavy construction and excellent workmanship. Webers have a reputation of lasting a long time as i experienced with my older one, and warranty to back it.

The price is steep but great meals with family are priceless. Although i still consider the price on this beast high, i am very satisfied on the $8k i saved vs the alternative custom outdoor kitchen. These gauges are usually < $15 and available on ... Read More

Cons

After 5 years are all chrome, plastic and diecast parts full of corrosion. It’s great for a few years until the footers rust and corrode.

Still rock solid like the day it rolled off the back of the truck three years ago.

I seared the meanest steak i ever cooked using the searing station, beyond restaurant quality!

Price

The price is steep but great meals with family are priceless.

It may be pricy but its the best.

If $2500 is in your budget, this is grill for you!

The extra $500 gives you twice the grill!

Shipping

First of all, i was amazed at how quickly this arrived!

The shipping was extremely fast product came in met all of my expectations.

I received a phone call the day before and a call about an hour before they arrived.

They even came an hour earlier than expected and the guys wheeled it into my back yard off the truck.

Packaging/appearance

Smoker box, was amazing, used cherry wood to smoke the rotisserie chicken, consistent smoke coming from rear!

With the weight, it would be very hard for two people to lift it off the packing platform which is very heavy duty black plastic.

Be advised, this is a big package!

Competitiveness

There were a couple of issues i had to deal with weber on and they were very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Was considering an outdoor kitchen which included viking and other overpriced and smaller grill options.

Weber has always been the benchmark for all the others to reach for.
