Weboost with the antenna in the window and the cradle at my desk did nothing. Ordered larger antenna, and made no difference. Went from dropping calls 8-10 times a day to rarely ever. I chose not to install the sticky pads to mount it, that's tacky.

The phone has to stay in the cradle for signal but the booster provides an extra sense of security in areas without signal

When used in my truck in a remote area in the virginia mountains with an iphone the signal went from no service to 2 dots out of 5 with solid 3g service
