Pros

The cube needs a usb mini to usb converter for the dongle. Air mouse and mic both work fine too.

In moving things around after various upgrades, the shield tv now resides in my office/gaming room. Works great with our nvidia shield with one exception.

Cons

This remote is not perfect and heres why. The paper it is printed on is tiny and the print is so small i could not even read it with a magnifying glass. I'm sure i'll revisit the idea, but this bad piece of tech put me off.

New version of remote frustrates full time. Sometimes the mic works, sometimes it doesn't. Resetting, reinstalling didn't not resolve it.

Same thing with every keystroke. Less than a year later, however, all three are now prone to double-pressing. Lastly the keyboard function on the underside as you use the remote for navigation feels super awkward in your hands.

I think the remote had been returned and restocked since some of it's packing was missing. I use a freight forwarder to the caribbean, so returns are near impossible for me. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
