Pros
Dmoose weight lifting hooks are well made and comfortable. Allows you to pull with more of your lats and less bicep/forearm activity. Instantly added 5 pull-ups to my 4 sets.
For people with shoulder impingement, there's a well known orthopedic surgeon who recommends hanging. The velcro is very sturdy and the hooks and wrap feel very comfortable on wrist. The grip is super comfy.
They work well. These hooks help tremendously. They are great! Well constructed. Very satisfied with my purchase. These are awesome.
Cons

The velcro straps are sturdy and secure.
Deadlifts, bent over rows, dumbbell rows, behind the back crunches the list can go on.

The metal hooks on this product proved to be a little too wide for use on weight machines as i intended however i have not try to use them on free weights

I dropped a weight on my toe first time using them because the hook is too large and sits too low to assist my grip the weights easily roll over and can fall out of the hook so be careful
