Now i primarily work on a computer i have lost the leather off my hands and these hooks make it so much easier to lift whilst protecting my hands and maintaining my circulationjust cos i’m getting older doesn’t mean i have to stop lifting weights and tools like these hooks help to keep me going

In my youth i used to struggle to lift until my fingers turned white through lack of circulation

I also used to do a lot more manual work so the skin on my hands was a lot tougher
