I had a cheaper belt just like this one and the strap velcro kept slipping and the belt itself was flimsy

I chose a medium being 61 205lbs with a 31 inch waist and its a small struggle to cinch it down all the way cause the belt is too big

Its a good belt and formfitting but unless youre getting a mediumlarge if you get a small it can only go so tight

You cant get it to get any tighter so i opted for a belt with notches instead of velcro
