The velcro belt is great. My pant size is 34 (even though my actual waist size measures 35. I'm a 31 inch waist with a 26 inch navel, deadlifting heavy- this belt gets really tight.
Very good lifting belt for beginners. Works best for my cross training activities. Nice and sturdy. Used during the gyms being opened.
This weightlifting belt is very sturdy and comfortable. Great for general weight training for squats and deadlifts. Would highly recommend for this type of exercising.

Cons
I am 5'2 size 28 to 29 waist and this belt is too bulky. Stay away from iron bull, their products *, they break so fast and are absolute garbage compared to others.

I chose a medium being 61 205lbs with a 31 inch waist and its a small struggle to cinch it down all the way cause the belt is too big

Its a good belt and formfitting but unless youre getting a mediumlarge if you get a small it can only go so tight

You cant get it to get any tighter so i opted for a belt with notches instead of velcro

Unfortunately there is also a leak in it so i recently sent it back to the company as it is still under warranty
